The Virginia Satir Global Network 2009One-Day Workshop and Annual Meeting"New Possibilities for Coping with Changes in Your Life" August 1st, 2009 Workshop - 9 am to 3:00 pm Annual Meeting - 3:15 pm to 5:15 pm
The workshop is based on the Enriching Program which offers Satir teachings to the general populace as a psycho-educational experience while providing experiential depth for licensed professionals. Even if you have experienced this workshop before, you will discover how rich the Satir-based skills are: Each gathering of people brings new awareness, lessons and realizations.

Location: Los Altos United Church of Christ, 5550 E Atherton, Long Beach, CA Annual Meeting: The Satir Global Annual Meeting will introduce its new board and recognize their Living Treasure. Reception: Saturday evening all participants are invited to a reception for discussion and networking. Accommodations: Guesthouse in Long Beach. Contact Vicki Arreguin for the discount price of $79 plus tax per night (mention the Virginia Satir Global Network). Lodging needs to be arranged individually and is not included in registration fees. Local Attractions: Extend your stay and have a Southern California vacation. Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, the beach, plus other nearby attractions of environmental, archeological, cultural and social significance. Travel Arrangements: You can fly into Long Beach International Airport. There is a free shuttle from the Long Beach Airport to the Guesthouse. If you fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) you will need to arrange a shuttle as there is no free shuttle from LAX. LAX is about 45 minutes from the Guesthouse.
