Satir Global: Our Connections, Our Stories & Our Future
Presented by Jean Houston and Jean McLendon

PRE-1

Time:   August 2, Saturday,  9 am - 3:30 pm

Presentation Description:

Explore actualizing what Satir called our 'Third Birth' at the individual and community levels. The Third Birth is the stage of life when we accept full responsibility for our life and our decisions. We will practice skills for building peace within, between and among. Using skills that build self and system esteem, we will tell the stories of our past and bring ourselves to the ‘now.’ We will co-create a multi sensory mind, body, spirit experience of a future Satir Global Network that involves us, supports us, bridges divides and serves our world. Dress comfortably and bring a sound/music maker.

Objectives:

  • Leave knowing what has shifted in our knowledge, skill and or attitude.

  • Acknowledge the role of relationship in our growth and deepen our connection within and to the Satir community
